Welcome to CP Inventories!
Established by Claire Parkinson, CP Inventories provides the complete Property Inventory Service. Based in Chandlers Ford, we cover all of Hampshire, including Southampton, Winchester, Andover, Portsmouth and the New Forest.
As member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP), we are fully trained on all existing and new industry legislation and procedures and adhere to the APIP Code of Practice.

CP Inventories is committed to providing detailed inventory reports, with high quality photographs, detailed descriptions and a fast turnaround. We understand the importance of receiving a clear and professional documentation. CP Inventories will email the finished report in PDF format within 24 hours of completing the inspection, check-in, check-out or interim visit.
We are fully insured and hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, with Hiscox Business Insurance.
CP Inventories is also fully registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the Data Protection Act. We take our responsibility for protecting your business and personal data extremely seriously and comply with all obligations, as per the Data Protection Act.
